Set up a round
Choose a stake of 10, 20, 50, or 100 virtual coins; the default is 20. Then choose 3, 4, or 5 hazards. The game deals one hidden layout from the valid layouts for that hazard count: 176 layouts with 3 hazards, 836 with 4, or 2,640 with 5. Each valid layout is equally likely.
A layout is valid only when every hazard shares a row or a column with at least one other hazard. The 4×4 board is labeled A1 through D4. One stake is deducted when the round starts.
Read the odds as you choose
Before each pick, the board shows the exact conditional chance that each available unopened cell is safe. These chances account for the hazards revealed so far and the remaining layouts compatible with those results. A cell with no compatible layouts is locked and cannot be selected.
After a safe pick, the game filters out layouts that no longer fit the board and updates the collectable quote. The initial quote is 0.97 times the stake; after a safe pick, the new quote is the prior quote divided by that pick’s safe probability.
Collect or continue
After at least one safe pick, you may collect the current quote and end the round, or choose another available cell. Hitting a hazard ends the round with a return of 0. If no uncertain safe choice remains, the round settles automatically.
The displayed odds describe the game’s current conditional probabilities; they do not promise a win or a profit. The game draws one actual hidden layout at the start of the round.

Are all hazard arrangements possible?
No. Every hazard must share a row or column with at least one other hazard. The game samples equally from the valid layouts for the chosen hazard count.
Why do safe chances change after a pick?
A safe result rules out layouts containing a hazard in that cell. The game recalculates each available cell’s safe chance from the remaining compatible layouts.
Can I collect before revealing a safe cell?
No. Collecting becomes available after at least one safe pick.
Can virtual coins be exchanged for cash?
No. Coins in this free demo have no cash value.
